TopMap is the family of 3D optical surface metrology products that play a key role in quality control, both in the metrology laboratory and in the manufacturing environment. The white light interferometers non-contact characterize surface quality based on shape parameters, roughness, texture and more. They thus help maintain dimensional accuracy, serve as feedback for the production process and enable reliable good/bad decisions.
