Control

Control illuminates all aspects in theory and presents the current world range of usable technologies, processes, products and system solutions for industrial quality assurance in practice.

The Polytec technology field for optical systems shows a compact 3D scanning station for industrial quality control, a layer thickness measurement system for opaque and semi-transparent layers, thickness measurement technology based on terahertz technology as well as infrared imaging, thermography and weld monitoring by infrared camera solutions.

NIR spectroscopy enables fast, reproducible and efficient quality control in the production environment. The PAS and PCS analysis systems are used to determine product-relevant parameters such as moisture, fat and protein content. With the measuring units specially developed for the production area for non-contact measurements via conveyor belts and contact measuring heads for adaptation to pipelines and storage containers, 24/7 real-time quality control is possible without sampling and laboratory analyses.
